ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge.

These cases are calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York Trial Session scheduled to commence on January 22, 2024.

On December 28, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report indicating the parties have reached a basis of settlement on all of the issues raised in the Notice of Deficiency dated October 15, 2021, for the tax year 2016; and the Notice of Deficiency dated October 15, 2021, for the tax years 2017 and 2018.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that these cases are stricken from the Court's January 22, 2024, New York City, New York, trial session. These cases are continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 12, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the cases.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
