Klaver v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
May 2, 1986
487 So. 2d 1117 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1986)

Opinion

No. 85-1405.

April 9, 1986. Rehearing Denied May 2, 1986.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Pasco County; Lawrence E. Keough, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and John T. Kilcrease, Jr., Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Kim W. Munch, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

Appellant, James E. Klaver, seeks review of an order denying his motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm without prejudice to appellant filing a motion that properly alleges ineffective assistance of counsel.

GRIMES, A.C.J., and DANAHY and SCHOONOVER, JJ., concur.
