On August 22, 2023, pursuant to the Court's June 26, 2023, Order, the parties filed a Joint Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. The parties report that petitioner is in the process of reviewing respondent's proposed computations and stipulated decision in this case. The parties also report that respondent believes that the computations and the stipulated decision reflect the settlement the parties reached on June 16, 2023. The parties further report that petitioner needs additional time to review those documents. The parties request that the Court direct them to file a stipulated decision or another status report in 30 days. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before September 25, 2023, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
