Glen Michael Klamer & Lucy Grant Cornelius Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On January 24, 2022, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, review shows that the decision references, and purports to incorporate facts from, a stipulation by the parties. Conversely, the record reflected no such stipulation as of January 24, 2022. Subsequently, a new Proposed Stipulated Decision and accompanying Settlement Stipulation were filed on January 27, 2022.

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed January 27, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
