ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


BASED UPON the parties' Stipulation and Joint Motion for Order of Dismissal with Prejudice, on the grounds that the Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Heil Environmental Industries Ltd. ("Defendant"), have been compromised and fully settled;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Heil are dismissed with prejudice and on the merits, with the parties bearing their own attorney's fees and costs.
