Elizabeth Kitazono, Petitioner and Christopher K. Chung, Intervenor Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case is on the Court's October 25, 2021 San Francisco, California trial calendar. On October 5, 2021 intervenor Chung moved in limine to exclude some evidence that he was reasonably sure petitioner would seek to introduce. After discussing this part of the case with the parties in a phone call on October 12, 2021 the answer wasn't obvious. Petitioner would like to respond to intervenor's argument and the Court will need a bit of time to digest it. It is therefore

ORDERED that petitioner may file a response to intervenor's motion in limine on or before October 19, 2021. It is also

ORDERED that the Court will hold a hearing on intervenor's October 5, 2021 motion at the Court's remote San Francisco trial calendar during the calendar call that will begin at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Monday, October 25, 2021. This order is the official notice to the parties.
