Elizabeth Kitazono, Petitioner and Christopher K. Chung, Intervenor Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge

This case is on the Court's October 25, 2021 San Francisco, California trial calendar. It is a deficiency case in which the deficiency isn't contested, but petitioner's right to innocent-spouse relief is. Petitioner moved to continue the case on September 16, 2021 but her estranged husband objected. We spoke with the parties on September 23, and learned that some of the reasons for a continuance are no longer valid. Because trying the case now seems the more efficient way of bringing it to a conclusion, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion for a continuance is denied.
