Order changing place of trial from Queens county to Suffolk county reversed upon the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. The affidavits upon which the order of removal was predicated are insufficient. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Kapper, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
