ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On July 13, 2023, William Braun filed a Motion to be Recognized as Next Friend. In the motion, Mr. Braun asserts that he is the father of petitioner and will represent her best interests, petitioner cannot prosecute this case without assistance, and Mr. Braun seeks to be recognized as next friend of petitioner. However, a doctor's letter regarding petitioner's disability and inability to conduct her own business and financial affairs was not attached to the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 16, 2023, William Braun shall file a supplement to his motion stating his address and attaching thereto a doctor's letter regarding petitioner's disability and inability to conduct her own business and financial affairs. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on William Braun care of Shirley Kim, Ferguson Timar & Company, 1235 N. Habor Blvd., Suite 115, Fullerton, CA 92832.
