ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On June 13, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the Court's $60.00 filing fee had not been paid. On July 18, 2022, the Court received and filed petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Application is granted, and the Clerk of the Court shall waive the Court's filing fee in this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner is no longer required to file an amended petition in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 20, 2022, respondent shall file an answer to the Petition, filed December 27, 2021.
