KELSEY GRACE KISSANE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent
ORDER
Emin Toro Judge
This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On August 2, 2022, the Court served an Order along with a copy of the Court's December 5, 2022, Standing Pretrial order, and clinic letter for New York, New York. On August 12, 2022, the Court received returned mail of the Court's Order and Standing Pretrial Order. Affixed to that returned mail is a label reading "Return to Sender - Not Deliverable as Addressed - Unable to Forward."
On August 22, 2022, after unsuccessful attempts to contact petitioner, Court personnel contacted respondent to obtain an updated mailing address for petitioner. Respondent was unable to provide a new address or any additional contact information for petitioner, but noted that the envelope in which the petition was submitted contained supplemental information that might address the delivery issue.
Upon further review of the case file, petitioner's address on the envelope in which the petition was submitted appears different from what is on the Court's records.
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of 1) this Order, 2) the Court's Order served August 2, 2022 (Doc. 6), 3) the Court's Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 7), and 4) the Clinic Letter for New York, New York (Doc. 8) on petitioner at the address listed on the envelope in which the petition was submitted.
