In an action by an attorney at law to recover the value of his services, judgment in favor of plaintiff, entered on the verdict of a jury, after an assessment of the amount of plaintiff's damages, pursuant to rule 113 of the Rules of Civil Practice, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
