This collection due process (CDP) case was continued from the Court's October 2020 Miami, Florida, remote trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On November 20, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that supplemental notice was recently approved by the Commissioner's counsel and will be issued in due course. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 22, 2024, the parties shall file a status report, therein attaching a copy of any supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner Jeffrey L. Kirsch.
