ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge.

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Baltimore, Maryland remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 11, 2022. On March 18, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report with the Court indicating that a settlement in this case is very likely once they complete reviewing petitioner's 2017 Tax return and that they expect to submit to the Court a fully stipulated decision resolving this case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 26, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced remote calendar, and the parties are excused from appearing at calendar call. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
