Opinion

No. 95-3333.

March 6, 1996.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Steven A. Rapp, Judge.

Thurman W. Kirkwood, pro se.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and John Tiedemann, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

Relying on Tripp v. State, 622 So.2d 941 (Fla. 1993), and State v. Green, 547 So.2d 925 (Fla. 1989), we reverse the trial court's denial of relief to correct an illegal sentence. On remand, the court shall correct the sentence to credit time served in accordance with Tripp and Green.
