Petitioner having moved to adjourn oral argument and for an extension of time to file a reply brief in this original proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to adjourn the proceeding from the day calendar for May 28,2024, and the proceeding is added to the term of this Court commencing October 15, 2024, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief is granted and the time is extended to May 30, 2024.
