On January 9, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision document (index #35). On January 10, 2023, the Court entered a Decision (index #36). On April 20, 2023, the parties filed another Proposed Stipulated Decision document (index #38). However, upon review, it was seen that this was duplicative of the Stipulated Decision(index #36) entered January 10, 2023. Therefore, the Proposed Stipulated Decision document filed April 20, 2023 (index #38), is erroneous and we will strike it.
Upon due consideration and for cause it is hereby
ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision document filed April 20, 2023, (index #38) is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
