ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York trial session, which was scheduled to begin June 13, 2022. Both petitioner's counsel and respondent's counsel appeared and were heard. At that time petitioner's counsel made an Oral Motion for Continuance. On June 16, 2022, the Court issued an Order granting petitioner's counsel's Oral Motion for Continuance and instructing the parties to on or before July 13, 2022, submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. On July 13, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating that the parties were continuing to try and resolve the case and requesting to file another Joint Status Report in sixty days.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 16, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case.
