ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York trial session, which was scheduled to begin June 13, 2022. On June 13, 2022, this case was called. Both petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At that time petitioner made an Oral Motion for Continuance with the intent of obtaining representation from the Low Income Tax Clinic that were present and with whom they had entered into discussions. Respondent did not object. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Oral Motion for Continuance is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 13, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case.
