ORDER

We ORDER that the parties may file a supplemental letter providing relevant authority, in the context of this case, addressing (1) any fiduciary duty a member and/or managing director of a limited liability company owes to the company, and (2) the claim for knowing participation in breach of fiduciary duty when that fiduciary duty relates to a limited liability company.
Appellants' supplemental letters are due by July 31, 2020. Appellee's supplemental letter will be due 5 days after the filing of appellants' supplemental letters. Each party's supplemental letter is limited to 1,000 words and should only address the issues listed in this order.
If one or more parties do not intend to submit a supplemental letter, we ORDER those parties to notify this court and the other parties by July 27, 2020.
