CHRISTOPHER KINNEY & KATHRYN KINNEY, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the Court's October 19, 2020 trial calendar for New York City. We continued it to allow petitioners to try to settle at IRS Appeals. Progress was slowed by difficulties in getting a third party's records, but that obstacle has now been removed. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before October 31, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe the parties' progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the issues to be tried.
