LARRY E. KINNEE & RUBY M. KINNEE, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On May 10, 2024, respondent filed an Answer at Docket Index No. 7 and an Answer at Docket Index No. 8. Review of the filings shows that they are duplicative. However, there is no certificate of service attached to either filing. See Rule 21, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Although petitioner Larry E. Kinnee has consented to receive electronic service, petitioner Ruby M. Kinnee has not.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Answer filed at Docket Index No. 7 is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, together with this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioner Ruby M. Kinnee a copy of respondent's Answer filed at Docket Index No. 8.
