JILL E. KINNAMON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge

This case is on the calendar of the Court's December 16, 2024, trial session in Phoenix, Arizona. On August 15, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness (Doc. 9). Respondent requests that petitioner's case be dismissed as moot because, subsequent to the filing of the petition, respondent notified the Secretary of State that petitioner's certification as an individual with seriously delinquent federal tax debt had been reversed. Respondent attempted to contact counsel for petitioner without success. Petitioner's views regarding the granting of this motion are unknown.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 6, 2024, petitioner shall file a response or objection to respondent's Motion to Dismiss.
