Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed May 19, 2023. By Order served May 19, 2023, the Court directed petitioners to file an objection, if any, on or before June 12, 2023. On June 20, 2023, the Court received and filed a letter by petitioner Ronald S. Kinietz dated June 12, 2023, wherein he requests an additional 60 days to respond.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced letter is recharacterized as petitioners' Motion for Extension of Time. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Extension of Time is granted, and the time within which petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is hereby extended to August 11, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the Motion to Dismiss.
