MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to vacate dismissal of appeals and for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, the dismissal of the appeals is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to October 25, 2021. No further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
