By notice dated October 30, 2003, appellant was instructed to file a docketing statement and was informed that failure to do so could result in the dismissal of this appeal. Additionally, by letter dated October 31, 2003, appellant was instructed to amend his notice of appeal within ten days and was informed that failure to do so would result in the dismissal of his appeal. Appellant has failed to file a docketing statement or to amend his notice of appeal.

On the Court's own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b),(c).
