MEMORANDUM OPINION
Lance Walter King filed a notice of appeal on February 28, 2020. According to the district clerk, Appellant has not submitted a request for preparation of the clerk's record, filed a designation of record, paid for the clerk's record, or made arrangements to pay for it. [see requests for Xt dated 6-4-20 and 7-7-20; our letter dated 6-4-2020] See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(a)(2). The district clerk has attempted to contact Appellant, but she has received no response from him.
We note that Appellant has likewise failed to request the preparation of, pay for, or make arrangements to pay for the reporter's record. [see requests for Xt of RR] See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(b).
We notified Appellant by letter dated June 4, 2020, that the clerk's record was past due, that Appellant must resolve this matter by June 19, 2020, and that this appeal would be subject to dismissal if Appellant failed to resolve this matter on or before June 19, 2020. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b). Appellant has not resolved the matter, nor has he attempted to do so.
Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b), 42.3(b).
