ORDER

Per Curiam:

Hanover Insurance Company appeals the Jackson County Circuit Court's summary judgment in favor of Ralph King in the amount of $1,000,000 plus pre- and post-judgment interest in his equitable garnishment action. It raises four points on appeal. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
