In an action against an owner of real property to foreclose two mechanics' liens, the defendant appeals from a money judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, entered December 21, 1960, after trial, upon a jury's verdict in favor of the plaintiff. Judgment affirmed, with costs (cf. Noce v. Kaufman, 2 N.Y.2d 347). Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Brennan, Hill and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
