This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's March 21, 2022, Los Angeles, California, special trial session. On February 4, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not be Accepted as Established pursuant to Rule 91(f) as provided in Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure (Doc. 41). Respondent requests that petitioner show cause why the facts and evidence set forth in respondent's proposed Stipulation of Facts marked Exhibit A to respondent's motion should not be accepted as established for the purpose of this case. To his motion, respondent attached exhibits. Exhibit A appears to be a proposed Stipulation of Facts that identifies Exhibits 1-J through 3-J. The referenced exhibits, however, are not attached to the proposed Stipulation of Facts. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before February 15, 2022, file with the Court a supplement to its Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not be Accepted as Established, attaching Exhibits 1-J through 3-J as identified in the Stipulation of Facts attached as Exhibit A to the motion.
