SANDRA KING, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On January 13, 2023, one of petitioner's counsels, Margarita L. Stone, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (motion to withdraw), stating therein that she and Benjamin J. Peeler wish to withdraw as petitioner's counsels in this case because petitioner has indicated to them that petitioner no longer wishes them to represent her in this case. Ms. Stone further represents that respondent has no objection to the granting of the motion. The motion, however, is signed only by Ms. Stone.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 31, 2023, petitioner's counsels shall file a supplement to the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. That supplement shall indicate that Benjamin J. Peeler joins in the above-described motion to withdraw and shall bear the signature of Benjamin J. Peeler. It is further

ORDERED that, until the Court takes action on the motion to withdraw, respondent shall, in addition to regular service, serve a copy of any of respondent's filings in this case on petitioner at petitioner's address of record.
