Appeal, No. 273, Jan. T., 1969, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 68-13209, in case of King of Prussia Associates et al. v. Upper Merion Township Board of Adjustment. Appeal quashed.

Appeal from decision of board of adjustment.

Order entered affirming decision of board of adjustment, opinion by VOGEL, J. Plaintiffs appealed.

The appeal is quashed because it was filed untimely.
