ORDER

On August 12, 2013, a supplemental clerk's record was filed in this appeal containing findings of fact and conclusions of law issued by the trial court in response to this Court's order dated July 15, 2013. By order dated August 12, 2013, this Court adopted the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law in their entirety. Along with its findings of fact and conclusions of law, the trial court requested additional time to transfer this case to another District Judge to make the findings required by Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Section 13.003(a)(2). After considering the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the request should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Honorable Jack Skeen shall, within thirty (30) days of the date of this order, transfer the case to another district judge. The Honorable Jack Skeen is requested to immediately notify this court as well as the transferee court of the transfer.

WITNESS the Honorable James T. Worthen, Chief Justice of the Court of Appeals, 12Court of Appeals District of Texas, at Tyler.
