Hearing Granted by Supreme Court Feb. 18, 1935.

Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Daniel C. Deasy, Judge.

Three separate actions by Newton Kinchloe, by Newton M. Kinchloe, Jr., and by Philo Fink, against the Retail Credit Company, Incorporated, and another. Defendants’ motion for judgment on the pleadings in each case having been granted, each plaintiff appeals; the actions being consolidated for the purposes of appeal.

Affirmed.
