PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of quo warranto is denied. See Johnson v. Office of State Attorney, 987 So.2d 206 (Fla. 5th DCA 2008). The petition for writ of habeas corpus is dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So.2d 1236 (Fla.2004). WOLF, PADOVANO, and RAY, JJ., concur.
