ORDER


Currently pending before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time to Oppose Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. Having reviewed the motion and the record herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time to Oppose Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Docket No. 10) is GRANTED. Plaintiff's opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss shall be filed on or before February 21, 2000.

For purposes of future motions, Plaintiff is instructed to comply with Local Rule 7.1 (a copy of which is attached) pertaining to motion practice, which requires that proposed orders be submitted at the time a motion is filed, accompanied by envelopes with sufficient postage, addressed to all parties, including a Certificate of Service.
