ORDERED that James Hughes, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Mary Cosgrove Militano, Esq., 7 Cornell Boulevard, Scotia, NY 12302, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b).
