ORDER

Petitioner brought a cause pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 under Cause No. C01-5720FDB. That matter has been determined in this Court. Petitioner now brings a "Second Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. § 2241."

In his earlier case, Petitioner made several claims relating to witness Roberta Cabral. In this case, he brings claims that assert the Court misapplied the sentencing guidelines and that his convictions on the money laundering counts must be reversed because his due process rights were violated.

NOW, THEREFORE,

IT IS ORDERED:

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2244(b), Petitioner is directed to apply to the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for an order authorizing this court to consider his second 2241 application.
