JUSTIN KIM, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

Upon further review of the record in this case, the Court notes that there is no certificate of service attached to the Answer to the Amended Petition, filed May 20, 2022. The Court further notes that the Certificate of Service attached to the Entry of Appearance, filed June 1, 2022, bears an incorrect mailing address for petitioner.

In view of the foregoing, and upon due consideration of respondent's Status Report, filed June 17, 2022, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 5, 2022, respondent shall file a certificate of service with respect to the above-referenced Answer to Amended Petition and shall file an amended certificate of service with respect to the above-referenced Entry of Appearance. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile the Answer to Amended Petition or the Entry of Appearance. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 22, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint report regarding the then-present status of this case.
