ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On July 9, 2024, petitioner's counsel Fernando Juarez Hernandez filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. However, the motion does not comply with Rule 24(c) (4)(A) and (B), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 1, 2024, petitioner's counsel Fernando Juarez Hernandez shall file a supplement to the just-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel and shall include therein petitioners' then-current mailing address, email address (if any), and telephone number. Such supplement shall also include a statement that notice has been provided to petitioners and shall advise whether there is any objection to the granting of the motion, as supplemented.
