On July 1, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report informing the Court that the parties reached a basis of settlement and requesting an additional time to file decision documents in this case. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, by September 6, 2024, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint status report. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
