This case is calendared for trial at the Court's March 25, 2024, San Francisco, California trial session. On March 1, 2024, the Court filed respondent's Status Report informing the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached and requesting additional time to file a proposed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on March 25, 2024. It is further
