This case was called for trial on February 27, 2023, at the Trial Session of the Court in Los Angeles, California.
On October 16, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that he is still attempting to contact petitioners to confirm the basis of settlement. Respondent has requested until December 15, 2023, to file decision documents or a further status report.
