BOBBY H. J. KIM, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On November 22, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case. The parties made an informal request for a continuance. As discussed during the conference call, to give the parties additional time to exchange documents and engage in possible settlement discussions, the case was stricken from the December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On September 27, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 25) requesting "additional time for petitioner to gather additional loan documents, for respondent's counsel review" and "for the parties to work together to either resolve this case or prepare this case for trial." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 27, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
