This case was continued from the Court's January 17, 2023, Spokane, Washington trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On January 23, 2023, respondent filed as Status Report advising that once the parties "executed a Stipulation of Facts, the parties intend to move that the Court calendar this case for a remote trial". To date we have not received anything further from the parties. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 30, 2023, the parties shall file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
