On June 15, 2021, respondent filed a status report in this case. In consideration of information contained in the report, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before August 31, 2021, a joint status report detailing the then-present status of the case.

Since the parties have not reported significant progress in advancing this case toward resolution, the Court intends to set this case for remote trial via Zoomgov during the November 29, 2021, trial session, set for administrative purposes in San Francisco, California. The undersigned will be presiding. A separate order will be issued in due course calendaring this case for trial.
