Mindaugas Adamonis and Fenix Fund, LLC ("Defendants") appeal the trial court's judgment entered in favor of Greg Kilper and Marius Busauskas ("Plaintiffs") in this action arising out of real-estate construction project. An opinion would have no precedential value. We have furnished the parties with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for our decision. Plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss this appeal is denied. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b)(1).
