Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 06, 2020 (Case No. 2020-04356) and from four separate, purportedly related orders, same court, each entered on or about March 6, 2020 (Case Nos. 2020-04639, 2020-04358, 2020-04628, 2020-04629), And plaintiff-appellant, pro se, having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeals and, upon reinstatement, for an extension of time in which to perfect said appeals, and for poor person relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied. 2
