Quintin K. Kiili Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY, CHIEF JUDGE

On October 25, 2021, an entry of appearance for respondent was filed. That entry of appearance was signed by attorneys Heather L. Wolfe and Lesley A. Hale. However, as the efiling credentials used to file the entry of appearance relate only to Heather L. Wolfe, only Heather L. Wolfe has been added as counsel of record for respondent. If Lesley A. Hale wishes to be added as counsel of record for respondent, Lesley A. Hale must electronically file a separate entry of appearance using the efiling credentials associated with Lesley A. Hale.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Lesley A. Hale may enter an appearance for respondent by separately efiling an appropriate entry of appearance.
