COLTON DELAINE KIDD & MAGGIE MCMILLAN KIDD, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

On June 21, 2022, the parties filed a signed Proposed Stipulated Decision with the Court (Index #7). Upon review the Court noted a discrepancy, in that the second petitioner's middle name, "McMillan" in the page two caption as well as signature block has an extra "i" showing "McMillian" and this does not match the record. Therefore it is erroneous and we will strike it.

Upon due consideration and for cause it is hereby:

ORDERED that the parties Proposed Stipulated Decision filed June 21, 2022, (index #7) is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
